These general terms and conditions regulate the relations between the Seller and the Users/Clients who use the online store perfectoils.co for the purchase of natural and organic cosmetics and other goods. When you click on a certain element, image, link (except for the link to the General Terms and Conditions) or button on the website, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable regulatory acts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions apply both to orders placed through the site and to requests for goods or services by a user/client made by telephone, e-mail or via social networks.

3. Explanations
- " SELLER" is the internet platform perfectoils.co , which is owned by PERFECT BIO OOD and offers goods for
sale in the online store. The seller is the person with whom the consumer concludes a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely through the electronic store.

- " USER" is a legally capable person who accepts these terms and conditions when purchasing goods from the online store.

- " ELECTRICAL STORE" is the website perfectoils.co , which is a platform for offering and purchasing goods, providing agreement between the seller and the consumer for ordering and buying and selling specific items.

- " ORDER/PURCHASE" is a request made by a user to the online store to purchase specific goods. The order
is prepared and sent by courier to the address specified by the user, after approval via email or phone call. Approval via email is sent via a confirmation email, and confirmation via phone is done
via a call from a store employee.

- " SALES AGREEMENT" is a contract concluded remotely through the e-shop between the seller and the consumer, which regulates the terms of sale.

- " COURIER" is a company that delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the consumer and complies with the provisions of the Postal Services Act.

- " Email BROCHURE / NOTICE"
are electronic messages containing information about future discounts on goods offered in the online store, which will be published on the website.

4. General applications

  1. Access to the website for the purpose of registering an order or creating an account is permitted to any person visiting the site. Registration as a user on the website is at the discretion of the visitor/user/client.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions published by PerfectOils are binding on all visitors and customers of the website. Each time you use our online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, without explicit confirmation.
  3. The site reserves the right to limit any customer's access to placing an order and/or using certain payment methods if it considers that this may be detrimental to the seller. In such a case, the customer can contact us through the "Contacts" section of the site to obtain information about the reasons for the measures taken. PerfectOils is not liable for any damages or losses that the customer has suffered or may suffer as a result of this decision, if it is justified and reasonable.
  4. In certain cases, the customer has the right to post opinions about goods (feedback) or to contact us through the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section. Opinions containing obscene expressions or inappropriate language will be removed or ignored.
  5. The site has the right to publish advertising or promotional materials for the goods and/or the promotions offered within the framework of specific campaigns for a certain period of time.
  6. The features or prices of the products and services presented on the site may be changed at any time.

4.2 Changes to the general terms and conditions

  1. PerfectOils reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and the updated terms and conditions will be published on the site, in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) .
  2. The updated General Terms and Conditions enter into force immediately upon their publication on the site and will apply to all future customers and users, as well as to contracts already concluded with legal entities.
  3. The changes to the General Terms and Conditions do not affect contracts concluded before the update with individual users.

4.3 Accuracy of information

PerfectOils makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the site. However, given the possible technical errors or omissions, PerfectOils specifies that the images of the products are of an illustrative nature, and the products delivered may differ from those in the images.

4.4 Availability of goods

All goods, including those on promotion/discount, are sold and delivered while supplies last, even if this is not the case.

4.5 Product images

All images on the site are intended to create a general impression of the goods and services offered, but do not guarantee accuracy. The images may not fully match the actual appearance of the product or create an incorrect impression of
the service offered.

2. Conclusion of a contract

Placing an order/purchase through the site

  1. The customer can place an order for goods through our website, with or without a registered account (in "Guest" status). The order can also be placed by phone or e-mail.
  2. The user has the right to order goods and/or services from the website if he/she is 18 years of age or older, unless there are legal restrictions on his/her ability to enter into binding contracts.
  3. When ordering through the site, the customer has the opportunity to select the goods or services, as well as their quantity, depending on the available options. In case the selected products/services have different variations (for example, different colors), the system may
    to require selection of additional features.
  4. After selecting the goods/services and their quantity, you have the option to proceed with finalizing the order or continue shopping on the site.
  5. Before completing the order, you will be able to choose a payment method, delivery terms and, if necessary, enter a promotional discount code.
  6. The customer is obliged to provide accurate data, without which the order cannot be fulfilled. Usually this includes name, delivery address (for goods), telephone number and email address. For traders, data such as company name, UIC,
    VAT number, as well as invoice details, if required. In some cases, the customer may choose to register as a user on the site.
  7. Before completing the order, the customer must make sure that he has selected the exact desired product (goods or services) from the relevant
    category. The site may have goods with reduced value due to promotions or defects (for example, defective packaging or unpacked product). This will be clearly indicated in the site listing. All other products are new, unused and of the required quality.
  8. The customer is responsible for providing true, accurate and complete data when ordering.
  9. Once you are confident in the order details, you must press the "Order", "Buy" or similar button. By submitting the order, the customer agrees that PerfectOils may contact him in any way necessary for the order or delivery. At this stage, the customer will be informed of his payment obligation.

Order confirmation

  1. When ordering through the site, by phone, email or social networks, the seller undertakes to confirm the customer's order via email or phone call.
  2. Notification of acceptance of the order and commitment to its fulfillment is made via email or by courier when the goods have already been handed over for delivery by the seller.
  3. Until the time of notification under item (2), PerfectOils has the right not to fulfill part or all of the goods and/or services of the order for objective reasons, including exhaustion of stock. In this case, the seller may return any payment received without owing compensation for the non-fulfillment.

Entry into force of the contract

  1. The contract between the parties enters into force when the seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods or services in accordance with the terms of the General Terms and Conditions, and the buyer undertakes to pay the price and accept the goods or service.
  2. The contract binds the parties from the moment the seller notifies the customer that the goods or services are ready for delivery. The notification can be sent by email, SMS or phone call.
  3. The purchase and sale contract consists of these General Terms and Conditions and any additional agreements between the parties that are specified in the order confirmation.

3. Transfer of ownership

  1. When selling goods, the ownership of the goods passes from PerfectOils to the customer (or a third party nominated by the customer) after the goods have been delivered to that person and after payment has been made. If the value has not been paid in advance, the transfer occurs after payment has been received.
  2. The delivery of the goods is confirmed by the signature of the customer or an authorized person on the transport document or the receipt issued by the courier.
  3. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery to the courier. If the customer has chosen their own carrier, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to the transporter designated by PerfectOils . If there are any transport defects, the customer must notify PerfectOils within 72 hours by phone or email.

4. Payment

1. Prices and payment terms

  1. The prices of goods and services displayed on the site include all applicable taxes, incl. VAT, and are final, according to the current Bulgarian legislation. Orders with a quantity of up to 100 pcs. of a specific product or in total in the "cart" are paid by cash on delivery.
  2. Orders over 100 pcs. of a product or over 100 pcs. of goods and/or services in total are specified during the order confirmation by phone.
  3. Despite all efforts to maintain correct information, technical errors may occur regarding prices or product characteristics. In the event of a discovered discrepancy, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the opportunity to confirm your order at the current price or cancel it.
  4. PerfectOils is not obligated to sell goods or services at incorrect prices listed on the site.
  5. The price, payment method and payment terms are specified in each specific order.

2. Invoicing

  1. PerfectOils will issue an invoice for the ordered goods or services based on the information provided by the customer. In case the customer has not requested an invoice, only a fiscal receipt and/or receipt for the payment made will be provided.
  • The customer is obliged to provide the exact data for issuing an invoice, when necessary, during the order or later via message.
  • In order to properly issue the invoice, the customer must update their data in the profile or in the order, if registered on the site, and review the information for the accuracy of the data provided.

3. Payment methods

  1. Orders from the site can be paid for in the following ways:
  • Cash on delivery
    (for orders of goods) – the customer pays the value of the ordered goods and the delivery to the courier upon receipt of the goods. The courier issues a fiscal receipt for the payment.
  • If such a method is selected, an additional "cash on delivery" fee may be charged.
  • Payments can also be accepted in cash upon delivery via another carrier or the seller's transport, in which case the customer receives a cash receipt for the payment made.

5. Delivery of goods

1. Delivery methods

1.1. PerfectOils undertakes to deliver the ordered goods either by itself or through a courier company to the address specified by the customer or to the office of the courier company, depending on the customer's choice. If the customer chooses delivery to the door, he must indicate the floor to which the goods should be delivered in the electronic form on the site. If this information is not provided, delivery will be made only to the building specified as the delivery address. Heavy or bulky goods may be delivered to the door of the building or directly to the site for an additional fee. In this case, PerfectOils will inform the customer in advance. Some goods can only be delivered to a courier office and not to the customer's specified address.

1.2. PerfectOils usually sends the goods through courier companies such as "Econt", "Speedy" or similar. In some cases, the customer can choose the courier company and whether the delivery will be to an office or to an address specified by him.

1.3. The delivery price is paid together with the order price, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is made after the goods have been delivered and checked by the customer upon delivery.

1.4. PerfectOils delivers only within Bulgaria. For deliveries to other countries in the European Union or outside it, the goods are offered on appropriate platforms in the respective language. If the customer requests delivery outside Bulgaria,
he should contact PerfectOils via email or phone.

2. Shipping cost

2.1. The shipping cost is calculated automatically before completing the order. In some cases, the shipping cost is fixed, regardless of the number of items. This will be indicated on the site or in the specific ad.

2.2. The delivery price depends on the selected courier, the size and weight of the shipment, as well as the delivery address. Within Bulgaria, the price varies from 5.99 BGN to 49.99 BGN for standard shipments weighing up to 10 kg. For a total order value of over 49.99 BGN, delivery is free.

Tip: Delivery to a courier office is more economical than delivery to a specified address.

2.3. In certain cases, the courier may charge additional fees for services such as delivery at a specific time, delivery on a holiday, SMS notification of receipt of the shipment or a "cash on delivery" fee.

2.4. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, the following conditions apply:

  • A) Delivery to the customer's address: The shipment will be sent within 1 business day after processing the order via a courier company such as Speedy or Econt.
  • B) Delivery to a courier office: The shipment will be sent within 1 business day after the order is processed.

Some settlements (most villages and small towns) have a special delivery regime from courier companies ("on schedule" or "timetable"). You will be informed if this applies to your location.

If the customer cancels the order within 14 days and it has been delivered to an address, he must reimburse the costs of courier services for the initial delivery and for returning the product.

3. Delivery time

3.1. Orders for goods from PerfectOils can be placed 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, starting from the day of confirmation by email or phone, or from the date of the order itself. The period may be extended by the number of weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

3.2. The maximum delivery time in Bulgaria is 7 working days from the order confirmation.

3.3. PerfectOils reserves the right to extend the delivery period by up to 7 business days without prior notice. If the extension is more than 7 days, the customer's consent will be required.

3.4. Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the control of PerfectOils . In such a case, the customer will be notified in a timely manner.

3.5. PerfectOils is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to force majeure or delay on the part of the courier.

4. Inspection for defects and irregularities

4.1. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must carefully inspect them personally or through an authorized person.

4.2. If there are visible defects (damage, impacts and other damage), the customer must sign a damage report in the presence of the courier. The notification of defects must be submitted to PerfectOils within 72 hours.

4.3. If the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones, the customer may request a replacement within 72 hours.

4.4. Notifications can be submitted by phone, email or contact form on the site. The customer must return incorrect
the delivered goods at the expense of PerfectOils .

4.5. PerfectOils will replace the product within 5 business days, unless it is out of stock. In this case, another option will be offered or the customer will be informed.

5. Acceptance of the shipment by the customer

5.1. If the goods are accepted without any complaints, all subsequent claims for external visible defects are considered unfounded.

5.2. This does not relieve PerfectOils from liability for the conformity of the goods with the sales contract and does not affect the customer's rights under the warranty.

5.3. In case of refusal to accept the delivery, the customer is obliged to reimburse the delivery costs.

6. Non-acceptance of the order and unfounded refusal

6.1. If the customer or an authorized person is not found at the specified delivery address, PerfectOils will consider this an unfounded refusal.

6.2. PerfectOils may send a notification of an unclaimed shipment and claim the costs of delivery and return of the goods.

6.3. The customer may confirm his desire to receive the goods after the delivery period has expired, assuming all delivery costs.

6.4. In the event of unclaimed goods or cancellation, the customer must pay the costs of delivery and return within 7 days of receiving the notification, unless another deadline is specified.

6. Right of withdrawal and replacement of a product

1. Period of right of withdrawal and right of exchange

1.1. Within 14 days of concluding the contract (order), respectively within 14 days of receiving the goods - when ordering goods, the consumer has the right to refuse the ordered goods from the Site and/or return them, without specifying a reason or motive for this and without owing penalties or other compensation to PerfectOils, except for the costs of its return, and also for the initial sending of the goods, when the sending at the consumer's request is carried out to an address specified by him, and not to the courier's office. In the event that the product and/or packaging are damaged more than usual for its production recycling, PerfectOils has the right to deduct a corresponding amount for the reduced value of the goods from the amount subject to reimbursement, which cannot exceed the value of the goods.

1.2. When the user/client exercises his/her right to withdraw from the contract remotely via the contact form on the Website (by entering the order number(s), three names and a telephone number), when the order was placed as a "guest" or via his/her personal profile, via email to Us or during the telephone notification within the deadline, his/her orders shall be automatically terminated when:

  • Orders are in the process of being confirmed (new order);
  • All orders for which the purchase notification-confirmation process has already been completed and have already been handed over to a courier and/or the order is in the process of being delivered to the customer are not subject to termination by PerfectOils.

1.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply, respectively PerfectOils has the right not to honor an exercised withdrawal from an order in the event that:

  • the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal has expired or a process has already been carried out by telephone notification-confirmation and/or the goods have been delivered and/or are traveling to the customer's address;
  • the deadline for returning the product has not been met, specified in item 1.1;
  • the product is returned incomplete, with missing components or can no longer be recycled in production;
  • there is not enough data to consider that the product was purchased from an official PerfectOils channel - official online, social media or distribution chains;
  • other cases described in the General Terms and Conditions;
  • the refusal clearly constitutes an abuse of rights by the consumer – for example, the returned goods have clearly been used more than the necessary testing or the consumer has damaged the goods;
  • the consumer has returned the product with a cash on delivery request – in this case, PerfectOils has the right to refuse acceptance of the returned product and payment of the cash on delivery, and the consumer should send the goods back to PerfectOils without cash on delivery – the buyer is not a consumer;
  • The period for canceling an order, when it contains many goods delivered on different days, is 14 days, counting from the date on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him took possession (received) of the last good from the order.

2. Goods and services for which the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal and exchange

2.1. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract or to request the replacement of a product with another in the following cases:

  • upon delivery of goods made to order by the consumer or according to his individual requirements;
  • when delivering goods which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;
  • upon delivery of sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection and cannot be recycled in production for the same reasons;
  • upon delivery of goods that have been processed by the consumer;
  • in the case of a returned product that has been visibly used by the consumer or damaged;

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the consumer also has the right to replace a product if the goods delivered to him do not correspond to what the consumer expected, given the normal purpose of the product.

If the right of exchange is exercised and there are prerequisites for its respect, PerfectOils undertakes to replace the product with another within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the consumer has returned the relevant product to PerfectOils. In the event that the seller does not have the requested product and it is not available, he offers the consumer another product, and with the latter's consent, the replacement takes place with this other product, and in the event of a price difference between the two products, the parties agree on the method of additional payment/refund of the sales price that formed the difference. In the absence of consent, PerfectOils shall refund the consumer the amount paid for the goods within the terms and under the conditions specified in the previous paragraphs of this provision.

3. Cancellation notice:

Notification by the consumer that he/she withdraws from the contract or that he/she wishes to replace the received product with another of the same type (for consumer customers) should be made within 14 days from the moment of receipt, when the reasons for withdrawal/replacement are available, in any of the following ways:

  • by calling the PerfectOils contact numbers;
  • via email to the Seller's email address in free text (providing the order number, the customer's full name, and the phone number for the order);
  • by letter with return receipt to the address of PerfectOils in free text;

4. Return of goods

4.1. When canceling an order for goods from PerfectOils, as well as when requesting a replacement, the consumer must, within 14 days of notification that he cancels the order or wishes to replace a product, return the product in its entirety and in the condition in which the goods were when received. In certain cases, PerfectOils may refund the amount without returning the product.

4.2. When returning the product, the consumer should indicate to the postal operator or courier company that he/she wishes to use the "Goods Inspection" service, as our department checks the condition of the goods before accepting them back and refunding the consumer.

4.3. The return of the goods is at the expense of the consumer. If the consumer has not paid for the return shipping, PerfectOils will deduct the shipping costs from the price to be refunded and return the difference to the consumer.

4.4. Returned shipments with a “cash on delivery” requested by the user will not be accepted until they are re-sent without “cash on delivery”.

5. Refund of the amount paid:

5.1. If the right of withdrawal is exercised and there are prerequisites for its acceptance, PerfectOils undertakes to refund the price paid under the distance contract from which the consumer has withdrawn, within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal, and when the goods are returned by the consumer or a courier - within the date on which the latter has returned the relevant product or from the date of provision of indisputable evidence of the return of the product by the consumer, whichever of the two dates occurs earlier. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the period for refunding the amounts paid by the consumer is 30 (thirty) days from the date of notification by PerfectOils of acceptance of the withdrawal. The refund is made after deducting amounts for any discrepancies found in the returned items.

5.2. The amount subject to reimbursement under item 1 includes the price paid by the consumer for the goods or service, excluding the price for
courier services for returning the goods, as well as for the initial delivery, if it was made to the consumer's address.

5.3. The amount will be refunded as follows, without any additional costs to the consumer, unless the bank or payment institution servicing it charges any fees:

  • Payments made by cash on delivery or otherwise - to a bank account additionally provided by the user or by cash on delivery - at the user's choice;
  • Payments for orders from users are refunded with the same payment method used by the user in the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly consented to the use of another payment method and without incurring any costs for the user.

6. Withholding of amounts

6.1. PerfectOils has the right to deduct from the value in case of established irregularities mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions, before its refund, respectively:

  • an amount for the reduced value of the product, including its packaging, if after the return, waste and/or damage to the product or packaging is found that is not due to its normal testing;
  • the costs of returning the goods back to PerfectOils;
  • the costs of the initial shipment of the goods, when the shipment at the consumer's request is made to an address, and not to an office of the courier company; if the customer is a professional, the same always owes payment for the initial shipment of the product, in case PerfectOils provides him with the opportunity to refuse.

7. Other cases of refusal or cancellation

7.1. Each party has the right to refuse to fulfill (cancel) the order placed or its obligations under it, of which it should notify the other party in an appropriate manner.

7.2. If the cancellation of an order is before confirmation of the possibility of fulfillment and/or before the telephone confirmation of the order to a PerfectOils employee, in this case the client/user is not liable and does not owe any penalties to the other party.

7.3. PerfectOils may unilaterally cancel an order if the customer has ordered a product or service from the Site, noting that the order is intended for a third party (for example, for a gift), whose details have been provided for the purposes of delivery. Cancellation in this case may be carried out if PerfectOils suspects that the shipment has a threatening, reproachful, mocking or other purpose contrary to good morals and ethics.

  • The cancellation of an order does not entail any liability or subsequent obligation of either party towards the other in relation to it and accordingly neither party has the right to seek compensation from the other for the cancellation, as well as in the following cases:
  • If part of the information submitted for the order is wrong or incorrect and the user cannot be contacted within 3 business days, the order is canceled;
  • Any of the cases set out in other sections of the General Terms and Conditions.

7. Warranties and Right to Complaints

1. Non-conformity of the goods with the contract and legal warranty

1.1. PerfectOils provides all consumer goods offered on the site with a guarantee of conformity of the products with the contract, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The product is in conformity with the contract if it possesses the usual qualities, functionality and purpose for this type of goods.

1.2. Any non-conformity of the goods with the contract that becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery is considered to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the seller proves that the non-conformity is the result of circumstances for which PerfectOils is not responsible.

1.3. If the non-conformity occurs after the expiry of 6 months, the consumer is obliged to prove that the defect is the result of the responsibility of PerfectOils.

2. Deadline for submitting complaints

2.1. The complaint may be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of the goods, if the non-conformity is external, visible and obvious, and could have been established upon receipt or immediately after delivery.

2.2. The complaint can also be submitted within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

2.3. The non-conformity of the goods with the contract is not considered a fact in the following cases:

  • the deviation/mismatch is insignificant;
  • the consumer had special requirements for the product that he did not indicate in advance to PerfectOils, and the product did not meet these requirements;
  • the non-conformity is due to the nature of the goods and their normal wear and tear;
  • the non-conformity is the result of improper use, installation, storage or handling of the goods;
  • the consumer was informed when ordering about the presence of defects in the product, for example, if the product is part of a category with reduced prices due to a defect or an unpackaged product;
  • the non-conformity is obvious and concerns the appearance of the goods (e.g. scratches, damage to the packaging), which could have been discovered upon receipt and the consumer did not sign a damage report or did not notify PerfectOils within the established deadlines;
  • the non-conformity occurred after the expiration date of the product indicated on the packaging.

3. Complaints

3.1. The consumer has the right to file a complaint within the terms specified in items 2.1 and 2.2, if after delivery a non-conformity of the goods with the agreed upon is established, regardless of whether the manufacturer, importer or seller provides a commercial guarantee for the goods.

3.2. When submitting a complaint, the user must indicate the reason for the complaint, the preferred method of satisfying the complaint and the preferred method of contact.

3.3. Filing a complaint does not prevent the consumer from filing a claim for compensation or other claims.

3.4. For the submitted claim, the consumer must provide supporting documents, including:

  • receipt or invoice from the supplier;
  • protocols, acts or other documents establishing the non-compliance of the goods or services with the agreement (if any);
  • other documents proving the basis and amount of the claim.

3.5. The complaint can be submitted to PerfectOils in the following ways, at the user's choice:

  • by calling PerfectOils contact numbers;
  • via email to PerfectOils in free text;
  • by letter with return receipt to the address of PerfectOils in free text;
  • by filling out and submitting a standard complaint form.

3.6. All complaints sent in writing via email, letter with return receipt or standard form must be accompanied by
one of the following choices specified in the claim is applied:

Preferred method of satisfying the complaint:

  1. Free repair of the goods according to Art. 113 and Art. 114 of the Consumer Protection Act.
  2. Replacing the product with another (in case of a wrong product).
  3. The goods were damaged during transportation and I am attaching a damage report.
  4. Discount on the price of the product/service.
  5. Voucher for a new order (valid for 2 years).
  6. Performance of the service according to the contract.
  7. Refund of the amount paid in the following manner: ......................................................

  1. Receipt or invoice;
  2. Protocols, acts or other documents that prove the non-compliance of the goods or services with the agreement;

3.7. If the complaint is recognized as justified by PerfectOils, the return shipping of the goods will be at the expense of the company.

4. Registration of the complaint and bringing the goods into compliance

4.1. When submitting a complaint, PerfectOils registers it in a special list, providing the user with the number and date of the complaint, as well as information about the employee who accepted the complaint.

4.2. Within 30 days after the complaint is submitted, PerfectOils will decide whether it is justified or not.

4.3. In the event of justified complaints, PerfectOils will bring the goods into conformity with the sales contract within the specified 30 days, free of charge, in one of the following ways, depending on the nature of the non-conformity:

  • Repair of the goods (if possible and applicable). All repairs of products purchased through the website are carried out by the manufacturer, "PERFECT BIO" OOD, in Bulgaria.
  • Replacement of the product with a new one of the same type.
  • Refund of the product and delivery fee if PerfectOils does not decide on the claim within the 30-day period specified in these terms and conditions.

4.5.1. If the goods are not repaired or replaced without reason by PerfectOils within 30 days, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and receive a refund of the amount paid or request a reduction in the price of the goods.

4.5.2. The consumer cannot request termination of the contract if the non-conformity of the goods with the contract is insignificant.

4.5.3. The consumer has the right to terminate the contract or request a refund if he is not satisfied with the decisions of the
PerfectOils regarding the complaint. In the event of three repairs of the same product for the same non-conformity within 30 days, a subsequent occurrence of the same non-conformity results in the consumer's right to a refund or price reduction.

4.5.4. The consumer cannot request a refund or price reduction if PerfectOils agrees to replace the goods with a new one or to carry out repairs within one month of the complaint being submitted.

4.5.5. Once the claim is satisfied, PerfectOils issues a claim satisfaction certificate stating the action taken.

8. Intellectual property

1.1. All content of the website, including the logo, texts, images, graphics, diagrams, drawings, database, descriptions, methods, processes and other intellectual property objects, is the property of "PERFECT BIO" Ltd. or of third parties from whom the company has permission to use.

1.2. PerfectOils is the trade name, brand and domain used by "PERFECT BIO" Ltd.

2. PerfectOils reserves all intellectual property rights relating to the website.

3. Some of the products presented on the site have a unique and specific design owned by PerfectOils, which is subject to copyright and intellectual property.

4. Visitors to the site may use the content only for purposes related to buying and selling. Use of the content for other purposes is considered a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and the intellectual property rights owned by "PERFECT BIO" Ltd.
